Been running greyskull since late November. I started using an app called Boostcamp that had greyskull built in for free. I stopped using Boostcamp, the app is very slow.
Did some googling today and I think I’ve been doing too much volume for the deadlift. Boostcamp has it at 3x5 + warmups so I just kept doing it. Everything else I’ve seen online has it at warmup + 1x5.
I’m assuming the app is wrong but just want to check!
