Green Tea & Fat Loss

I have heard that drinking Green Tea aids in fat loss:

  1. Any truth to this?
  2. If so, is there a particular time to drink it that will increase its effectiveness?
  3. Will any green tea work - mixed with honey, etc or just plain?

Green tea has been effective with me and my clients.We try to get in atleast three a day,but with the tea bags its hard to know how much of the active stuff we re getting.Have seen some pills but kind of pricey but I’ll try it and give my feedback.
