Yes, one cup of green tea per day stimulates the F’N BS receptors on your fat cells, causing them to secrete all their stored energy as ketones which are just pissed out.
Seriously, try the search function

You say that like you can’t drink more than one cup/day.
the amount of green tea required for reasonable fat burning effects is actually a few cup fulls. a better way is to use green tea extract. my favorite one is by now foods and called EGCg green tea extract. it has 90 caps, if you are paying more than $10 you are getting jacked, i’ve seen it as cheap as $7.50. it only takes 2 caps to cause saturation of the elimination system, thus blood level of the catechins increase dramatically above this dose.
for fat burning 2 caps 3 times per day would be a good dose. this would cost one around $4 per week.
judo kid, drinking green tea has health benefits and thermogenic (fat burning) benefits, yes, but I wouldn’t say that drinking a single cup is going to help you lose a lot of fat in and of itself.
Drinking green tea will COMPLEMENT lifestyle changes that include a reduction of calories, improved food choices and increased energy expenditure … the end result being a reduction in fat mass.
Tell me about your diet. Are you keeping a food log? Have you optimized PWO nutrition? Are you eating a gram of protein per pound of body weight? Are you eating your good fats (olive oil and flaxseed/fish oil) Are you eating more fibrous green veggies, fruit and beans and abstaining from processed carbs and sweets? Unfortunately, there isn’t a supp out – green tea included – there that will overcome a bad diet.
