He was showing Olympic caliber gymnastic moves and the height on the end of those tumbling runs was the highest I’ve ever seen. I wonder if there was a springboard set up under the mats. If he was getting that height off standard gymnastic boards he’s got to be in a Olympic program not screwing around with that Parkour stuff. (Don’t get me wrong. Parkour is cool, but that guy needs to have his priorities straight.)
I love PK. It always seemed like a natural progresion of running to me. That being said, I can’t/won’t do half the shit I did 12-14 years ago.
Now, after seeing that video, I realize I was never THAT into parkour.
If you like that, see District B13. It stars some of the OGs of parkour, David Belle and some other French dude. The moves in that flick are…amazing.

The first guy is way better. World class gymnast vs a guy who can do some really cool stuff. There’s no comparison.
District 13 was a great movie
