Gravity Boots - Which Ones??

hi there,

you’re my best source of info here!!

I’ve been considering getting a pair of gravity boots.
Ok, I am aware of pros and cons, but still want to get them.

However, I am not sure which ones to choose.
have you used any of these?

how do you find them? which one you like/dislike?
what’s the story with this “one size fits all” (nothing in this world fits all!!)

Anyway, I’d really appreciate your input.

Thank you,

I had boots number 2, they dont fit very well unless you have really thick ankles. You feel like you are going to slip out, and the pain around the ankles becomes unbearable, you will have to pad them out somehow.

If you had posted earlier i would have given you mine for free except for postage…

cest la vie

thanks for your feedback.

with no further opinions, it seems that boots 1 should be the choice!

still waiting for your say. I’m bidding for it on Ebay and have a few hrs to go

Thanks

I personally would get an inversion table that you can limit to a desired angle so that you can hang for longer periods of time.

I have the hang ups 5000 model, and it was a great buy for 79 bucks used !!!

I have boots #1 got them at ny bar bell and well I like them. Great for some deloading the day of heavy squats and DL’s aalso awesome for ab work. Yes they do get a touch uncomfortable in time on the ankles but nothing Horrid I can easily hang for 20 mins or so no prob.

thanks for your answers!

If you were in the USA I could recommend my friend Vinny in Brooklyn, he makes the best cement shoes around

I can ensure you that our eastern Sasha knows his too!
however, he does ont have time to waste on setting cement!

All in all, very helpful!
