Ive been reading alot about GPP lately and it has intrigued me!Seems like a good compliment for my current Bulking Regieme. I was wondering would using on one or two of my off days be a good idea while bulking? I’m doing CWs TBT by the way so have 4 off days a week!

Yes, if you’re not doing cardio during your bulk, GPP is a pretty good way to still kinda keep fat gain to a minimum and kinda keep you from huffin’ and puffin’ each time you walk up a flight of stairs.
I highly recommend it to keep fat gain at a minimum and to keep your heart healthy and conditioning levels at a decent level.
Also, some high intensity GPP can help with your muscle/strength gains. Just keep the workouts short and intense.
