Guys i pulled my hammie, and can no longer do my normal unweighted GPP. I have also had to cut wheelbarrow walks, as this to is putting undue stress on the hamstring. Anyone know of any all upper body GPP I can do, I need to keep my conditioning up. Thanks Mark

You could devise a circuit of push ups, chinees, Cross-over push ups, handstand push ups and some seated Med Ball throws.
This is my idea, not something I have learned from Coach, he may have different ideas.
As far as the Med Ball throws go, if you have a “bouncy” med ball and a brick wall, you can sit 10 feet away and do a variety of throws against the wall and it will bounce back to you. Being seated should lessen the hammie involvement. Hope this helps. In faith - Matt
If you can do some upper body cardio like hitting a speed bag or an upper body hand bike. This can kick your ass if you do it hard enough.
When was it pulled and is it ready for re-hab. I know you are interested in weighted GPP of upper body but maybe we can (if the right timing) look to re-hab the ham at the same time. BTW - do you have access to a pool ? In faith, Coach Davies
Yes coach i do have pool access, and rehab has started 2 weeks prior. It is a type/leval II, meaning no visible blood, but since its the 4th time pulled there is a lump of scar tissue they are sonar/ems/massagin out. I have access to all renengade stuff (at least I think so). My season is in 4 weeks, till 1st practice, need to keep the renegade leval of conditioning up. Thanks Mark Allen
Hey first of all - lets get this healed and properly. Can you email me (easy to find on my site) and give me your location - I would like to see if I can get you proper treatment. Don’t worry brother - we will get you there!. In faith, Coach Davies
