GPP Advice

I have implemented weight sled training, which I do after squatting, and I attribute my quite impressive squat gains over the last 6 months to this new addition to my workouts. Specifically, I have found that the weight sled has strengthened my weakest links, hips and buttocks, considerably. Any other GPP (general physical preparedness) exercises that you would recommend, preferably those not involving additional or expensive equipment?

DB/KB swings, short explosive sprinting 10-15 seconds full out then rest. Carry big heavy objects even OH, Hill sprints or weighted hill walking/hiking, suit case carries, farmers. etc etc…
