240-245 (fairly recent)
update:
WELL, i have most of my certs done, PALS, TNCC, MICN, and working on PAEC(pediatric advanced emergency care), so things are lining up, but got a small problem.
i am gaining weight. i am sitting right at 230lbs right now. i started doggcrapp training, and upped my protein, and i am putting on size. there is a competing flight program just south of here that limit weight is 220(as opposed to this ones 210lbs), i think that might be more reasonable to get to.
when i was younger, i competed at 198, but my usual walking around weight was 210-215, i could make weight in 1-2 months.
any advice?
This is like the antithesis of what we all have on our minds 24x7.
Lower training frequency?
Lower training intensity?
Lower protein intake?
Don’t eat carbs during or after training?
Don’t eat before going to sleep?
Don’t eat much for breakfast?
Stay up late, get up early?
Sacrilege, all of it! Ahhhh, it hurts my eyes to look at it…
lol
