The weight restriction is to save fuel etc…
Are you carrying a lot of fat? That is a frikkin lot of muscle to try and lose.
Good luck to you and good on you
On your flight, if you don’t have to do a line drop in a term, do you have to run around the helipad nude?
i got pics on my training log in the over 35 lifter forum. so you tell me. and i am NOT about to post a pic on the pics forum and ask "whats my bf%?"m LOL!
as far as the nude thing, i have NO idea what you are talking aboot.
hahahahha man you could lose 10 lbs just waxing your back
so… you got to lose about 15lbs … I think you could do that and you’d look incredible. Make it your focus I reckon you can do that. You aren’t really fat but you do have some fat on you to lose to get your weight down.
Maybe get some lightweight boots too if you can choose the boots, that could shave 2lbs off alone. But at least you are carrying functional weight, for most people those restrictions … you’re talking about a fat person. Pity you can’t trade weights with the rest of the crew.
In Australia our rescue chopper crew have a deal where, if during your 8 week or so term of service you don’t do a single winch drop, you have to run around the helipad nude.
