GOT To Drop It FAST!

If you’re working 20 hours a day, then the remaining 4 hours are surely best spent sleeping not training! How many days a week do you work these insane hours? If losing weight is that important, can you give up one job?

Triple your water intake.
go on a very low calorie diet.
forget gimmicks until your diet is nailed down. Supplements are not substitutes.
I would recommend circuit training with big complex multi-joint exercises and then complexes. Steadily increase your work output as your work capacity increases.

I would also say who gives a rats ass about some muscle loss. Take what you can get. The heavy lifting will stave off some muscle loss, but there is no way you are going to avoid muscle loss. Deal with it. look for more ways to be active. fidget in your chair. park farther at work, shopping malls, etc. Don’t drink many calories at all.

Once again, ya’ll are proving to be the best,…THANK YOU!

So here’s the latest update: I am down 13lbs in 3 weeks,(my goal is ofcourse 5lbs/week) Saturdays is my weigh in with myself, my goal was 295 lbs, I came in at 297 lbs., I can live with it this time especially since I was completely exhausted as both jobs pulled overtime on me at different times throughout the week, so I got NO TIME to walk /run train or even sleep. and for three days out of the week (because of my schedule) I had run out of my diet food and had no time to fix something up, so I was off the diet (I did the best I could, ie…ordered chicken sandwiches and only ate the chicken lettuce and tomatoes for example) so it wasn’t too bad since with all f this I still lost 3 lbs.

I am eating 6 cans of tuna a day (made into tuna patties)Saturdays is my only cheat day, but almost anything goes! I LOVE SATURDAYS…:)
Huge amounts of water, some coffee (got to stay awake to work right), my work out is pretty much just running and jump rope as well some medicine ball work, leg raises, crunches, that kind of stuff, mostly (once again) due to time constraints.

You want to lose 60 pounds in 90 days, and work 20 hours a day. There isn’t really any good way to do that. Here’s one of the less bad ways:

Severe calorie restriction combined with near total elimination of carbohydrates.

You’re going to lose a ton of muscle, but if all you care about is the scale, that’ll do it.

speakin of which, do you care how much muscle you lose, or do you just want to lose weight.

At this point the scale rules, however, I have ALOT more muscle mass than it looks like in the picture, believe me it’s not a problem, and when this is over with I can then (hopefully) get to a proper training and nutritional program; my goals include some changes to my work schedule, which will come to fruition at approximately the same time.

Rogue, happy to hear the work schedule should be relenting a bit. It will make it a lot easier for you to chase your goals from there… with a damned good start at dumping the fat already behind you.
