Flameout, BCAA’s, and ZMA in the house! Those, whey, and creatine are my supplements.
Anyway, today was a workout day, I took
4 BCAA 2 hours post breakfast,
4 Pre-workout
4 PWO
and I am going to take 4 as I go to bed (<— is this right?)
I know how to take the other stuff, it’s simple. BCAA is a first for me though.
ZMA an hour before bed, then at bed I eat some cottage cheese, take my 4th Flameout of the day (I also take cheap fish oil with the Flameout during the day), and have 4 BCAA. Sound good?
