Supplements and Timing

Hi folks!
I’m curious about my timings and supplements and would like to take the best advantage of Biotest products that I’ve been using. I’ve read articles and I may be a little off here and there as to when and how much I should take. Would definitely appreciate some board members wisdom.

Every morning 5 days a week, weekends off, in regards to vitamins and supplements.

Non-Biotest vits & Mins
Mega Man multivitamin
E-1000
Biotin
B-1000
Guggulipid
Devil’s Claw
Chromium Picolinate
Rose Hips
Ginkgo Biloba
Relora
Calcium Pyruvate

Biotest Products
BCAA
HOT-ROX
Alpha Male
German Creatine
Flame Out
Surge
Metabolice Drive Complete

Monday to Friday I take all of the non-Biotest vitamins and minerals I mentioned above, none on weekends.

Monday
train mma from 6-9pm
Morning
HOT-ROX 1
BCAA 2
Flame out 2
Alpha Male 1
During workout mid way I take all of the above again and have Surge for pre/during/post workout.

Tuesday
1 hour weights with Surge
Same morning and mid workout routine with supplements.

Wednesday
MMA training with Surge
Same morning and mid workout routine with supplements.

Thursday
1.5 hour weights, with Surge
Same morning and mid workout routine with supplements.

Friday
MMA training, with Surge
Same morning and mid workout routine with supplements.

Saturday
1.5 hour weights, Surge
I half it down on weekends.
HOT-ROX x1
Alpha Male x1
BCAA x2
Flameout x2

Sunday
Usually rest.

Been doing this for about a week and a half and the results have been visible and beneficial. Any criticisms to timings etc would be great. I want to implement their full potential and would like to hear others routines with these products. I also practice clean eating.

Id take the recommended dose of Flameout daily

Why the BCAA’s just on those two days??

I take it your just taking the creatine 5 grams a day. If no that’d be the deal IMO

whats the point in the 1 HOT-ROX on two days??

The protein take it when you need quality nutrition

Thank you, that did help. I take 4 BCAA’s a day but I’m going to up that to 8, 2 morning, and the other 6 during workout.

I’ll do the Flameout everyday as suggested, as well as the Alpha Male. I’ll up the HOT-ROX intake as well. Probably 2 a day, Sunday off.

Forgot I take ZMA 45 minutes before bed as well as Melatonin.

I bought Surge initially and was convinced of Biotest products and went all out with the above purchases. Definitely getting hard results. Close to the six pack, if not more in the next month or so, maybe less I don’t doubt.

Ah I also do the creatine, a scoop in Surge for pre and during workout, and then add another scoop and a half at the end.

Thats a lot of creatine wont hurt you but youre likely pissing it away Id just take 1 scoop a day every day
