skinny chicken legs? dont get your point, I am 6’1’’ with 67cm thighs…I can’t find a pair of jeans that ain’t skinny, unless i get something that i need a rope so it stays on my waist…
ur not thick enough to be accused of roids.
To the average person, a guy with a “beach body” could be accused of using steroids. Thick or not.

To the OP: Keep up the good work.

sooo i looked at some of the posts and this seems to have turned out to be a 500lb squat is incredible thread. i don’t think it’s that big a deal, my raw squat is 705 in competition at a bw of 196. everyone i lift with from 180lbers to 250lbers squats over 500lbs now in competition, with less than a couple years or year of training. if you can’t hit 500 in a few years of training(i say training and not lifting because i think they can be separated) i think you are doing it wrong or making yourself believe you are training hard but you aren’t(this applies to most people, obviously i don’t expect a 130lb person to squat 500 in few years). just throwin that out there.
Just throwing it out there…but

No one said it was “incredible”.

As for not being a big deal…see the ADFPA qualifying totals for NATIONALS.

Your raw squat is 705? Drug free? If so, great squat. If not, then we can safely assume drugs have a little something to do with your “perspective”.

And finally, you (and I) are a powerlifter. We, and the people you know, train the squat as a competitive endeavor. This does not represent the average gym trainee. A legit, drug free, unequipped squat by the average guy trying to look good nekkid is a helluva squat. Period.
don’t care about the adfpa, i keep track of all the top 50 raw numbers on plwatch. thanks for the response and reminding me why i hate posting on things and stopped giving out advice. it’s never good to assume anything.

I have never worked specifically on my neck or traps for baseball reasons, I was a pitcher (I played competitively up until 2 years ago), and i still play a lot till this day recreationally and for softball as well, having a big neck and traps doesnt really work to well when whipping your arm around like that to throw a ball hard, not too many baseball players are going to give you “trap and neck envy”

and regarding my look, i dont even have to see or know you to know i get more ass than you on my worst day than you do on your best day. Its an average looking/boring douche that says a comment like that just because.

Have a good time making fun of people on the internet and ending the night with a bottle of lube and your hand. You never post and you post that, says wonders.

None of this makes your flat top less gay.

Yeah, I feel the same way. I notice you didn’t answer the question about drug free. Who gives a flying fuck about top 50? Top 50 tested? It matters big shot. You’ll notice the entire time I qualified my remarks about a 500 squat with “unequipped”, “DRUG FREE”, etc. Frankly, if you are doing gear and training for powerlifting and you can’t squat 500 or better, you ARE doing something wrong.

Let me know when you want to address DRUG FREE lifters and those lifts. And let me know when you finally understand how asinine it is to inject “top 50” lifts into a discussion about the average gym trainee.

Thanks for reminding me why I hate posting too.

You get reminded of that a lot.
Yet you keep posting.
Masochist.

Lol at all the argument shit. a guy 5-6 inches taller than me, weighing about the same, hitting a 500 lbs raw squat would be pretty good. A) he only squatted a bit over 450 in the video B) he had knee wraps C) he even admitted to missing the 500 lbs squat today D) why does anyone care so much? I mean if he was a regular poster, constantly handing out bad info to new trainees, that would be one thing…but a guy that barely posts throws out some numbers in a GAL thread and everyone’s got their panties in a bunch? Damn guys.
And yet you still felt the need to reiterate how he missed the 500 squat and he was wearing knee wraps? You’re doing the same shit we are!
I was pointing out shit that stood out in this thread to me…not necessarily relevant. I did find it funny how people were arguing about him squatting 500 when he put up a video squatting 452 or something…lolwut?
I too lol’d at that. I give props to the OP though, at least he’s honest.

EXCEPT ABOUT HITTING A 500 SQUAT ASSHOLE!

again not a flat top, its just spiked up you maybe cant tell from that pic cus its small, i am not kid n play, if anything i get stupid bullshit from dumb broads on the weekends calling me the situation because i spike the top and then get a fade on the side down to a zero, even though i have been cutting my hair like that years before that show even existed. Not to mention my face looks nothing like his, PBAndy will vouch for this.
Cube, why do bother justifying how you cut your hair to people? Jesus, you look fine, so who cares?

Oh, “broads”? Do you call your GF your “old lady” too?

Kids these days… sheesh.

On the squat:

How many people here prefer to dump the weight by rolling it forward and over the head vs dropping it straight down? Seems like the first would would be easier to get an injury doing if you screw up like that guy almost did and get some fun spinal injuries.

I’ve always dropped the weight straight down after clearing my hips forward, even when I take a high bar position. If I fuck up the dump, I get a nasty scrape on my ass worst case, and the floor gets a bruise as well.

Maybe if you fessed up to the whole truth we’d give you some slack, but not even admitting to the creatine usage? For shame.
