my rhomboids are super weak, and my physiotherapist said my hamstrings are stronger then my quads from deadlifts, she said that’s why i always seem to feel like it might tear on me.

I have yet to see a single person who has more developed hamstrings than quads…especially powerlifters
He must do a lot of BB curls
