Hey everyone,
I have a bar and would like to start practicing some of the O-lifts at home. I am not at the stage where i can lift a 45 on each side, but i want the bar to be at the right height.
Are all olympic weight plates the same diameter, just thinner in width, so the bar is at the right height, even for learning? If so i would just buy two 10 or 15kg plates for learning, and then more weight when i am ready for it.
