Good Conditioning Workouts for Use at Home?

I have a stationary bike as well as some Training Bands:)

What are some good condiioning exercises, etc to lose weight and firm up your body? :slight_smile:

Wear red, find bull, release bull, run. Repeat for as many reps as necessary.
