Interval Workouts At Home

what are some interval workouts that I could do hat home? Like In my living or something.

get a punching bad, or a stationary bike or something.

Skipping Rope.

Do an HIIT type format and do Jogging on place intervaled with 30-60 seconds of burpies as fast as you can rinse and repeat for 5-10 sets.

Or the same with tabata, you can do sled hammer work, get creative and work hard Ive even done HIIT with light DL’s and push ups.

yeah the stationary bike sounds good i might try to get one at goodwill or something but i was wondering if there were any excersizes i could do just myself.

search for “tabata method”. I have been following this for 3 weeks or so, and I can definitely see the results.

You could also get a cheap barbell and old plastic-coated weights, then do barbell complexes.

Yeah, I’ve found the Tabata method with burpees to be extremely effective.
