Good Abs Routine?

can anyone tell me a good ab routine?

How about we list what we like? I really like incline sit ups probably my favorite. I would just take what are some of the popular votes and design your own program based on the ones you like the most. Got to play around with it and see what you like most. I hardly ever follow a lifting plan to a T and most people I know tend to tweak programs a bit to fit there needs.

Incline situps with weight till failure…

cable crunches are good if you dont allow any part of your arms to assist.

I’m not sure who will agree with this but by far the best exercises are weighted leg raises from a chin up bar (not the leg lift machine).

Keeping strict form and not swaying, lift your legs and curl them to your upper body as high as you can. By starting twisted sideways and then raising and twisting I guarantee you’ll be more sore in your abs than ever. These put mass on , because you can’t have that ripped six pack without mass!! You won’t be able to properly do more than 10 or so of these each leg…they are very tough…

Just make sure you’re moving your ribcage toward your pelvis and not your shoulders toward your knees.

Yeah the CT articles are excellent choices.

Do some front squats also.
