Lol, keep my head in the hole and don’t look back

Please…this must have been like those commercials where they put a wine glass on the posturepedic mattress and have some woman jump on the bed next to it showing it won’t spill.

The man did a massage in a private room AND pleasured himself to the point of orgasm and the woman knew NOTHING until climax.

I mean…if he didn’t touch himself and he did this with no hands…is it still assault?
What’s creepy is it sounds like you want to take notes on being a sneaky sexual deviant, with victims no less. Mostly sarcasm though as I read yours, I think.

I think the no hands question is irrelevant. I get massages pretty often. There are times when one hand suffices, such as during a calf massage. Leaving the other free and in the proper location for such an offense.

Now this is down right funny.

The wife has an account with massage envy and I try to get a deep tissue sport a couple times a month at least. Fucked up the back squatting last Sunday so getting Chiro treatment and massage to heal up.

Very nice.

To sue someone’s employer, the employee has to commit the act within the scope of their employment.

Jacking off on people is not part of this guy’s job description. It is just way too far removed.

You may be able to sue the owner of the gym if he was aware that this guy was doing this, and he did nothing to prevent him from doing it.

But, I just don’t think she has a strong case against Gold’s itself…

If he damaged her spinal column during a massage, then she could sue golds since that would clearly be within the scope of his job…

but jacking off on people’s feet…nah…the legal system is not that messed up

Getting old sucks I advise against it.

I will be 30 in November. I will start partying harder.

I remember turning 30 I still felt so strong and healthy, turning 40 I do not. The TRT has helped for sure, but after 25 years of lifting the joints are not what they used to be.

The only alternatives are dying young or flying around in tights and your best pal being a small fairy.

Weve all been there

So Emily, genuinely curious, no sarcasm, could you tell me this: If it happens to be the case that everything happened exactly as she said, what should be her compensation, in your opinion.

I am of the mind that ejaculation could easily have occurred in this manner. He could have his penis between her foot bottoms and his hands, like an oily penis sandwich, and have been purporting massage her feet. He’s possibly even done it to a bunch of women without their noticing, or at least not enough to gather up the courage to actually lift their head out of the face-hole and turn around.

Still, call me old fashioned, I think things like this should remain between the two people it started with, unless there is a clear, malicious connection to other parties.
Call me overly modern, but I think the guy should be prosecuted for sexual assault.

You seem pretty grouchy in my direction, particularly given that I acknowledged that I hadn’t been thinking of the suit against Gold’s when I scoffed at a money motive. I’m not sure what I think the outcome should be aside from the criminal piece. What I imagine it WILL be is a $200-300K settlement from Gold’s. Millions of dollars is not, in my opinion, a potential outcome. It’s the cost of doing business for an enterprise like Gold’s, right or wrong. I’m okay with that.

You seem to think this woman turned over, saw the penis, and thought “hmmm, I can milk this situation for a lot of money!” Whereas I think she rolled over, screamed “ewww!” and freaked out in a manner that was not goal-directed at all. And only later got organized around legal issues.

I wonder also about the trainer doing massage. These are very different roles.
If you read the sentence I wrote located directly above your first one you would see that we actually agree. To a point.

Now look at your first sentence again. “…I think the guy should be prosecuted for sexual assault.” This is the point where the men around here like myself may start to get a bit grumpy. You just jumped all over that. In fact, in every post you’ve submitted to this thread, you seem to already have your mind made up that what is purported to have happened is what actually did happen.

You even “shuddered.”

Thing is, we don’t know what the hell happened here. I’m not calling for anyone’s prosecution, and I’ve acknowledged that the thing either could have or may not have occurred as it has been reported, so far from only one side.

She actually might be a scam artist, or a malicious man-hater, or just a sociopath. You. Don’t. Know.

Yet you felt self-righteous enough to declare this anonymous male, whose side of the story we have not yet heard, fit for prosecution.

On a perverts massage table?

A woman has shuddered?

Hang him.

Hang him high.

Well Saturday night can get pretty crazy. And yes, I am strong like bull.

Try rolling your joints a little tighter and see what you think.

What if one of the men here had immediately stated, “That man should immediately file a countersuit for slander, emotional suffering, psychological damage, and loss of present and future wages.”

He would have been calling for the female’s prosecution and implying her guilt on exactly the same grounds you have: Pure conjecture.

Cortes you make good points, but it’s rainbows and unicorns. Men are demonized and this will not change for many many years.

This is true.

My opinion, granted it is conjecture, is that he was caught being creepy and she’s milking it.

I believe if she were a scam artist and seduced him, she would’ve fucked him and cried rape.

I just don’t see her telling him “hey, I think you’re hot. When you’re massaging my feet, rub your dick on them please”. It just sounds unlikely for conversations sake.
