Alright guys. After I finish GG I will stop taking creatine. Or if my container runs out, whichever comes 1st.
Not going to stop taking it permenately, but just for a couple months.
I would love to keep taking it for the rest of my lift w/o stopping. But, I’d like to play it safe and give my body a rest from it. I’m going to be bummed right away, because I’m sure I’ll loose some muscle tone
What’s everyones opinions?
