Going to Failure

I’m doing Chad Waterbury’s TBT and I’m on week 4. The sets for each day are 2 and the reps are 18 for day 1, 8 for day 2 and 12 for day 3. I just finished day 3 and everyday this week I ended up going to failure on my last sets.

My question is, will I still benefit as much as if I completed all the reps? If it’s important I’m using double Surge for my workouts. Thanks

Chad tends to advise that if you can’t complete all the sets and reps, the load is too heavy. Try reducing the load.
