So, this will be my first cycle.
For a little background info: I’m 33m, 6’, 185lb, fairly lean. I’m currently on TRT: test cyp 180mg/week (tues/Fri), enclomiphene 25mg (m/w/f), and Anastrazole .5mg (Thursday).
My diet is definitely in check. No sugar, no highly processed garbage, bare minimum of saturated fats. Also take 10mg creatine every day along with whey protein post workout. I do a PPL then rest routine and push my sets to failure in the gym. Average session ranges from 1-2 hours depending on energy levels.
I attached my first (baseline levels, no trt) and second (most recent, TRT levels) lab results to get an idea of what’s going on so far.
My goals are to gain mass and size. Also, I would possibly like to restart enclomiphene post cycle to get natural test production working again. I want to have kids one day but for now I’m working on me.
I have gathered a damn good bit of info but it is just a pebble in the ocean that is the knowledge of endocrinology. So any advice/suggestions are greatly appreciated. I want to do this the right way and not jump in head first.
Here’s a little run down of what I was thinking for the cycle:
Baseline (current TRT Phase)
Testosterone Enanthate/Cypionate: 180 mg/week (split Tues & Fri)
Enclomiphene: 25 mg M/W/F
Anastrazole: .5mg Thurs
Enhanced Phase (Weeks 1–12)
Testosterone Cypionate: 300–400mg/week (split 2x)
Primobolan Enanthate: 400mg/week (split 2x)
Anastrazole: paused (use only if needed)
Enclomiphene: paused
Bloodwork: weeks 3, 7, and 12?(maybe?) into cycle
Transition Phase (Weeks 13–14)
Drop testosterone back to TRT dose (180 mg/week)
Discontinue primobolan
Reintroduce enclomiphene (25 mg M/W/F)
Also bloodwork at 3-4 weeks post-cycle to assess recovery and health markers
Like I said this is my first time building a cycle so any and all advice is welcome. I want to do this the right way the first time and not fuck anything up unnecessarily.
