Going from TRT to first cycle

So, this will be my first cycle.
For a little background info: I’m 33m, 6’, 185lb, fairly lean. I’m currently on TRT: test cyp 180mg/week (tues/Fri), enclomiphene 25mg (m/w/f), and Anastrazole .5mg (Thursday).
My diet is definitely in check. No sugar, no highly processed garbage, bare minimum of saturated fats. Also take 10mg creatine every day along with whey protein post workout. I do a PPL then rest routine and push my sets to failure in the gym. Average session ranges from 1-2 hours depending on energy levels.
I attached my first (baseline levels, no trt) and second (most recent, TRT levels) lab results to get an idea of what’s going on so far.

My goals are to gain mass and size. Also, I would possibly like to restart enclomiphene post cycle to get natural test production working again. I want to have kids one day but for now I’m working on me.

I have gathered a damn good bit of info but it is just a pebble in the ocean that is the knowledge of endocrinology. So any advice/suggestions are greatly appreciated. I want to do this the right way and not jump in head first.

Here’s a little run down of what I was thinking for the cycle:

Baseline (current TRT Phase)

Testosterone Enanthate/Cypionate: 180 mg/week (split Tues & Fri)
Enclomiphene: 25 mg M/W/F
Anastrazole: .5mg Thurs

Enhanced Phase (Weeks 1–12)

Testosterone Cypionate: 300–400mg/week (split 2x)
Primobolan Enanthate: 400mg/week (split 2x)

Anastrazole: paused (use only if needed)
Enclomiphene: paused

Bloodwork: weeks 3, 7, and 12?(maybe?) into cycle

Transition Phase (Weeks 13–14)

Drop testosterone back to TRT dose (180 mg/week)
Discontinue primobolan
Reintroduce enclomiphene (25 mg M/W/F)

Also bloodwork at 3-4 weeks post-cycle to assess recovery and health markers

Like I said this is my first time building a cycle so any and all advice is welcome. I want to do this the right way the first time and not fuck anything up unnecessarily.

The first question I would ask is are you on a dr prescribed TRT program or doing it yourself? If Dr. what are your bloodwork intervals? If they are 3 months you don’t have enough time to run a 12 week cycle and get your bloodwork back in order for the Dr.

For a first cycle i would just run higher test. 500/wk. Maybe add an oral like anavar for 5-6 weeks later in the cycle when lifts stall.

Only really need mid cycle bloods and post. Mid-week 7-8/Post week 18-20. At three weeks your new test level will have not reached full saturation yet so no need.

If your taking exogenous test you have no natural production taking clomid or not. Only way to regain test production is to stop taking test and run a PCT after and then an HMG/HCG protocol if your fertility is in question.

Why are you on enclomiphene with TRT? Can you split your anastrozole to 2x per week at .25mg?

Your HPTA / natural test doesn’t work on TRT full stop. If your doc told you otherwise… run.

IMO continue the AI as currently dosed. You’re upping Test even more so if you needed it at TRT levels you will need it now even with the primo. However, I wouldn’t run the Test/Primo, I would follow @s.gentz advice. Higher test with a friendly oral such as dbol, tbol, or var.

What does this mean? Post a pic. 185 at 6’ is very undersized unless you’re almost stage ready. If you haven’t learned proper eating to put on size you won’t maintain it after the cycle.

Yes I’m on doctor prescribed TRT. The clinic costs $320 a month so that’s why I’m leaving them and getting my own gear and tests. Also, the doctor said he dosed me at 80mg/week and I realized I’ve actually been on 160mg/week because I have 200mg/ml vials. Lol. It’s even on my paperwork.

And ok, so diet. This is one of the things I got fairly down pact before I even started lifting. Started at around 220lbs with lots of fkin fat and no remorse for what I ate. But, I made a few lifestyle changes, started keto diet, and got down to about 170lbs. Stopped keto, started eating in a small surplus.
This is when I actually started working out. At first with only home workouts/dumbbells then I got to the point where it wasn’t enough. Got a gym membership and really started lifting and now I’m up to what you see now and about 185lbs.
I was tracking macros at first but it became tedious so I got a good idea of what I need to eat everyday and just ran with it. I’ll have to start a log again to track macros and I definitely will during the cycle.
But mostly my diet consists of 93% hamburger meat, chicken, rice,Greek yogurt, skim milk. No highly processed garbage, no sugar.
Training
In the gym I only use the machines or dumbbells because I absolutely love when I push my body to failure and to get that tight pump is a great feeling. Also, I CANNOT STAND when I feel like I haven’t pushed myself to the max. Eats away at me.
Keep in mind all my sets in the gym are pushed to failure maintaining perfect form and getting the best stretch possible while being safe. Once I do my 3 sets on one workout I move to the next machine and then do it over again till I can’t or run out of energy. Usually when this happens though I drop the weight and keep going. Also, before I workout I try to atleast do a half mile jogging cardio but I’ve been slacking lately on this.
Push:
Tricep Pushdown: 60-66lbs 8-10 reps
Overhead Tricep Extensions (straight bar): 60-70lbs 8-10 reps
Seated Decline Press: 180lbs 6-10 reps
Seated Delt Machine: 180lbs 6-8 reps
Pull:
Baysian Cable Curls: 30lbs each arm 8-10
Lat Pulldowns: 180lbs 8-10 reps (can rep with 200 for about 6 but form doesn’t stay perfect)
Seated Delt Machine(rear delts): 100-120lbs 8-10 reps
Seated Lat Pulls/rows(pull from the front instead of overhead) 140lbs 8-10 reps
Legs:
Seated Leg Press: 180, 200, 220lbs (step up the weight each time) 8-10 reps
Standing Calf Raise: 80-100lbs 8-10 reps
Seated Quad Extension?: 180-200lbs 6-10 reps
Seated Hamstring Curls?: 180-200lbs 10-15 reps
Rest Day
Supplements
Creatine 10mg daily
Whey Protein shake 1-2 times a day
I know I probably need to take multi vitamins and something to support joint health but need some advice on this area.
