Going from Best Plan for Natural Lifters 1 to 2

I have two questions

  1. How long would you recommend spending on the 1st program before before switching over to the 2nd program?
  2. I have found it difficult to train for 6 days in a row. Will a 3-days-on 1-day-off split be a suitable alternative?

Technically each program is 6 weeks (it’s actually mentioned in the plan and the progression is over 3 weeks for each phase, each program has 2 phases)

Yes, although with the very low volume it might be more doable than with a “normal” program
