I like the idea of this routine but will be hard for me to accept because of my experience of doing more volume but your perspective on it makes sense for natural lifters. However, I just need some clarity on a few things.

How should I format my training for six days as you suggested if I want to do a Push-Quads and Pull-Hamstrings split? If I make this my focus wouldn’t this counter the purpose of the split?

I want to make this routine strength and hypertrophy focused so would you suggest sticking to the same exercises every week to notice whether I have made strength improvement or not on the big lifts?
3)Im not following your suggestion of doing 2 sets of 6 reps or 8 reps for every exercise…is this working sets or are these the two sets you are referring to as the preparation sets?
