I have been cutting for 8 weeks got great results.
I did 500 test and last 4 weeks 500 test e 200mg tren.
I blast and cruise.
Im gonna go into a maintenance for 8 weeks, should i drop my tren and continue test 500 for 8 weeks. Or should i drop to trt dosage?
I dont want to lose my muscle, i wanna keep my fat loss and keep every result i have now.
To keep 100% of results you will have to never stop any of the drugs and never drop dosages. Steroids give results according to specifics of the drug AND dosages. Up to a certain point(grams) adding extra drug or upping the dose will result in better gains, and the opposite - removing and/or lowering will stop the gains and slowly fall back to where that dosage can hold them.
Tren especially is known for “tren look”. No one will ever look without tren like he does on it. Removing tren at any point of your life will make you look softer. The tightness, fullness, and leanness of tren is why people suffer any sides from it, just to look like that.
So its a mistake to take it if you are not willing to backslide in how you look. Stuff like tren, mast, var, winny provide a cosmetic illusion which goes away as soon as you stop em. There is no way to maintain steroid look without steroids or to maintain blast look on a trt cruise.

Yes i know that, i dont have to maintain the look, just the body fat and muscle, what would you do? Drop to trt or keep 500 mg test for 8 weeks maintenance?
Muscle also depends on dose. The less dose the less you can maintain. There is no such thing as maintaining muscle after dropping the dose. It will slowly return to what the current dose can hold, otherwise we’d all just blast like crazy and then maintain it on low healthy dose, haha…
Anyways, what i would do…
1)i would not go into a maintenance after measly 8 weeks of anything. I bulk till i am done or cut till i am done.
2)i blast accordingly to what doses i will later cruise on…definetly not TRT because trt is for you to be normal. Its not normal to have steroid gains. Thats the point of steroids - to be way above normal. Point of trt is to be just normal and it is prescribed to people who for some reason cant even be that.
8 weeks on a blast followed of 8 weeks on a cruise that maintains the gains means you are not doing shit for half of your year. So manage your goals and come up with a timetable that lets you be done with your gains and goals before you try to maintain.
I was 260 lean on a blast of 2.5grams of gear total. Now i maintain around 245lbs lean on 300g of test, 150mgs of tren and 100mgs of EQ. As you see, my cruise is basically a blast for some, but for me its way less than i took for a year with no breaks.
Basically as you can see, you have to understand that blast dosages have to depend on how high you are willing to cruise. In your case i would finish whatever it is you are doing, and think about maintaining when you see the end result and what it took to get there.

Yes i see, actually i meant a cruise, like 200mg per week. Im not super big just shredded now, i know i can maintain this on 200 mg.
I’ll maintain for 8 wk now and then start a lean bulk​:saluting_face:

What goal does an 8 week maintenance on 200g of test fulfill for you? Like…what’s the point? You seem to have completely missed the point Hank was telling you.
You stated you’re shredded but not big (what height/weight/bf are you?)…may not be carrying more muscle than what your body can do naturally. If that’s true, and you want statis…why not come off cycle entirely and use the steroids when you want more than maintenance.

That seems designed for people who yo-yo diet: in an effort to get some stability. Is that you? If so…ok: if not…why waste 8 weeks?
“Lean bulk” doesn’t have to be something crazy:
- Record your weight & waist size weekly.
- Keep protein at 1.25g/lb (protein synthesis is better with test).
- Week 1: Add 300 extra calories of carbs the first week.
- Week 2: If your weight/waist are in tolerance, add 300 calories of fats.
- Week 3: If your weight/waist are in tolerance, add 300 extra calories of carbs.
- Week 4: If your weight/waist are in tolerance, add 300 calories of fats.
Keep repeating until you are hhuuuggggeeeeeeeeeeeee
