Advice on First-Time Cruising After a Test-Tren-Winny Cycle

Hey, so contrary to what naysayers here say that “you’re gonna do what I want anyway” lol I do listen to some people’s advice and have decided to take Winny as my finisher for my Test E-Tren bulking cycle (hankthetank & 150mgaweek suggested Winny). I’ve been happy with the results. Now I’m also planning for the first time, after doing several cycles, to try CRUISING. The main reason is I love to keep my bulking gains (planning to do a short cutting cycle next year before summer).

Sorry if I’ve a lot of questions. Could somebody give me some advice about it? Is it just low dose Test E? How long does cruising last and can you stop it any time you want to? If it’s mainly for keeping mass gains, what’s it like for leanness/vascularity and what would you take to stay lean as possible—SARMS, peptides, HGH, etc? How long does fertility come back after then if I hypothetically decide to have a child?

yes. 100-250mg per week depends on your size and how much it takes for you to be near the top of the range.

time on(blast) equals time off(cruise). yes if you want to stop cruise early, up to you.

Depending on weight. For you 150mgs would be fine.

If you mean - stop to blast, then yes, you can blast when you want. If you mean stop the cruise to do a PCT and come off drugs then there is no point for a cruise and it will actually be even worse.
As far as time goes - if you want health, you cruise as long as your lipids go back to normal. If you want gains, you blast for about 9 months and then cruise for 3… If you cruise as long as you blast, it is a healthier choice but i truly dont think anyone with actually good results, unless they are genetic freaks, can progress like that above 250lbs lean.

Its shit. After tren and winny, even on a cruise you will look like shit. Strength is shit. Looks are shit. Cruise is basically a normal amount of test. You will look more natty than not. Tren and winny gives very specific look. When you come off, it goes to shit. You cant maintain it.

Sarms - cant take those, those are basically oral steroids, and its not a cruise anymore. Peptides and HGH will do different things, but they cant give you the tren look. HGH can actually hold water witch is the opposite of what tren and winny does. Altho HGH at low dose is a good idea on a blast and on a cruise. Id say 1IU a day is a good thing to run for anyone over 30.

But its not the right answer in this question because i dont care how dialed your nutrition is, you will NEVER eat yourself to the level of looking like one looks on tren and winny combined, haha. You can fucking drink a cum of a lion, a blood of a cheetah and eat the balls of a tiger, all within calculated macros and you will never look like you are on tren and winny. Anyone who looks like hes on tren and winny is on tren and winny.

Can be few months. Can also be - never. Its just the same russian roulette as PCT - you can jump back and you can also be one of the 200 guys we have here who make topics like “7 years after 1 cycle i have no libido”.

You’re on a cruise so you shouldn’t be talking anything else besides the test.

The right answer is - no way. You should eat right no matter what but it won’t make you keep the tren look. What steroids do cant be duplicated with food. It would be a dream world if one could get the tren look just by eating the right macros.

This is the disconnect.

I’m not stupid. I’m not suggesting nutrition makes you look like you’re on tren when you’re not.

OP wants to know how to stay lean while on cruise. The obvious answer is your diet.

Do you cruise yourself or you just do PCT? So you’re saying that there’s no point in doing a cruise in terms of keeping mass gains/aesthetics and that cruising is ONLY done to keep the test from crashing? What would you suggest? Is it better do a PCT then get back on cycle as quick as possible?

I cruise. I havent done a PCT in like 10 years. I dont plan on ever comming off. I posted a link of my opinion in the other thread if you like to read it on why i dont believe in PCT.

I cruised as low as 200mgs at once, but i should have stayed higher. I am 255lbs with a full six pack so for me to maintain it takes a bit more than it would for you - as you grow more, your dose should also be more.
I actually would even go so far as to say that if you are 200lbs+ and you plan on blasting soon, maybe you could even cruise on some 500mgs of test. Thats like a short, one time cruise maybe.
Normally i thing cruise is weight in lbs = mg of test and maybe rounded up. So if im 255, a normal cruise would be like 250-300. In your case - 180-200mgs.

If you will read my long post about PCT, you will know that the most harm from a pct is not the PCT but what you lose while your test is complete 0. Not even normal. Its lower when it ever was. So - no crash, no sudden muscle loss.
But there definetly IS some loss. No one will maintain lean 300lbs on 200mgs. For 3 months maybe. Its still a slow atrophy. In 6-12 months it will catch up.

Sadly, steroid gains depend on the types of steroids we take, and the doses also. When you take out the tren and the winny the look goes away just like the bloat does when you go off dbol and anadrol.
You cruise for your health to return to normal and to check if you havent shot yourself in the leg. If you plan to get actually BIG, then you cruise to get some break from drugs, also mental break from always thinking about gains, you check your hearth, organs, and you go back on if your health allows you to.
But even on a cruise… if you cruise long enough on 200mgs sooner or later you will look like a person on 200mgs.
All these lies how Seth Feroce looks like a pro BB now when he is on TRT is just bullshit to sell you stuff.
You can see how people on TRT look like. And then that motherfucker says he is only like 20lbs below his top shape on same doses. What a load of shit.
