Walking a shitload still, seems to be tons of people about walking now, all the time. A few weeks back when all this mess kicked off, my morning walks before work around 5:30am were eerie, roads were dead quiet and not a soul out walking.
Anyhow,

Replaced the cables on my cable thingo the other day and gave her some grease, Soo much smoother now! Didnāt have to line up at old Bunnings luckily, it was dead
The old cables had bits missing on the casing, made it clunk and rough.
Apparently the nation may come out of this healthier than ever for all the boredom exercise people are doing. But what about the loss of gains from all the cardioā¦
What kind of cable set up you got? Is it part of the rack or some DIY action?
I reckon people will come out of this healthier. At least the dogs are getting a good outing.
Cable setup is a simple standalone high and low pulley setup, bought it for 60 bucks a while back.
Got my TV back in the garage connected to the laptop and home theatre setup, making for a much better time doing weightsš It has been in the bedroom for a couple of weeks as that tv got moved to the lounge because our main TV shit itself (again). That one got lobbed in the electronic recycling bin at Bunnings (getting sick of chucking TV,s out!)
So, being sick of spending a fortune on TVās, I scored a 60" from Gumtree, offered 100 bucks because the side HDMI port doesnāt work, the thing has a better pic than the $3k 3D rig it replaced!
Haha, nup, usually concerts and the like, sometimes some 4x4 vids or something depending on my mood. Usually Metallica, Disturbed, Wintersun, Pantera, Killswitch, Korn, Offspring, Grrenday are my go to!
Iāve played this a bit lately while in the garage
This came on today with Auto Play after something had finished, needless to say I was a little distracted Nothin like a bit of 90ās Hip Hop
Didnāt realize you reactivated the log (Iām never looking outside the āsuggested topicā option at the bottom, which shows me the count of new entries in the threads Iām already following). Well good to see you posting on here again, will be following!
Thanks mate, Iāve been slack the last couple of days, havenāt lifted. Am feeling thrashed from moving soil, sleepers and a big ass pot around out in the backyard, oh and from garden center to my Jeep, then from the driveway all the way to the backyard! Hams, back and shoulders are feeling it! Plus the digging and other shit, feeling cooked
Alrighty, feeling much better, not thrashed anymore, asthma has cleared up a bit and Iāve actually slept quite well the last couple of nights which makes a huge difference, all of last week I slept like shit, waking after an hour or so, and constantly all night, grrr!
Will return to lifting again tomorrow with a new old man plan! Similar to what Iāve been doing but cycling the heavy days as I reckon consecutive heavy days is whatās been killing me, so itāll look something like this. I know, too much fluff, however I am actually looking like I lift, wife and son have made comments which is bloody good and even at my strongest I still never looked like I lifted.

On a side not, front Pre Runner and bar finally rocked up for my car
Bloody pity I havenāt been able to go away these holidays, was hoping to do Googs Track or Gawler Ranges. P3II2962
Yep, alternating heavy and light days is something I should have done a while ago, hopefully this works out, haha.
Yep the car is a ripper, air con seats are the best shit in the world. I traded in the old Jeep a couple of months ago, looked for ages deciding on what to get next, was nearly sold on a Ranger, but went with the Jeep again, ya get so much car for pretty decent cash. This one is the 3.0 turbo diesel, much better on fuel than the old V8 Grand Cherokee I had, although doesnāt sound as good
They cop a bit of a bashing here in Oz, but my last one copped a flogging and took me all over the place with only minimal shit breaking (usually from deep mud and my own stupidity), however cost a fortune in fuel!
