Bit of a bastardised session today, missed squats yesterday due to working on the car, brake line, rebuild a caliper and dicking around with some other stuff, then other crap to do.

Thanks mate, he’s asked me to go back since too, however the weather has been all sorts of shit here, so no skatepark, haha. He keeps going on about me getting a deck because i used to skate as a teenager, “no bloody way’” I keep telling him, imagine a 100kg bearded old bloke stacking it in the bowl, haha
Easy and light one today, haven’t lifted or walked all week as my asthma has been horrendous and I’ve had prednisolone which makes me feel shaky and shit! Went to the doc yesterday, new meds for it, hopefully that works. Bloods are all good though, so that’s a bonus, cholesterol is good, triglycerides are actually low.
Asthma is really shitty I hear. People just seem to lose all drive when they’re hit by it, and then suddenly they’re back in business. Weird stuff.

@mortdk@simo74 thanks fellas. I’m all good, it seems to have passed now. I reckon it was a combo of the crazy cold and stormy weather we had last week, being surrounded by sick people constantly at work (parents send their kids sick) and walking the dog in the cold (5am) which my asthma hates.

Alrighty, bit of a hiatus for a week and half or so, have been flat out.
Have thought about lifting a lot, decided to run 531 Monolith, might as well give it a crack, however, 100 chins is a tall order for an old and fat bloke, so will do my best to get 50, then finish off with some sort of light row or some shit, maybe similar with dips.
