Ur overhead needs work young man. Maybe the log will do you some good lol.
The few times I used a log it felt way more natural than pressing a barbell overhead.
Iāve used it once in Dandenong. Smacked my chin with it on the clean and went home and cried. Barbell feels more natural for me

You use any leg drive or push press or all strict?
Strict Press for years, I used to do a fair bit of power clean and press work, from memory my best was 90kg.
Iām hoping adding in the log Clean and Press will work something, haha
