I knew when I was doing the squat thing it was dumb. I never thought I couldn’t get the squat or I wouldn’t have tried. But it crushed me.
I’ll slowly rehab the back and nothing heavy for 4-6 weeks then I’ll do some reppy linear progression to find out where I’m at starting light and moving from there.
