Decent sleep last night 7 and half hours.
Didnāt feel like lifting today, bit sluggish and worn from squats yesterday, however half way through the 150kg set I was thinking āfuck yeah!ā

2 later than usual nights in the salt mine due to staff meetingsā¦boring!!! So no lifting for 2 days, I probably needed it, haha.
Well I must be doing something right, deads and squats are feeling bloody good! Waist measurement is up an inch or so, wtf!!! I think it might be my lower back, as Iām looking leaner too, hmmm, and shirts are tighter.
Fluff day today, walked 2.5kās this morning before work.
Thanks mate. I am feeling pretty good and looking a little better. Itās hard to judge though looking at myself everyday with the tiny amount of change
Diet is consisting of a concoction of beef mince with sweet potato, red capsicum, red kidney beans and canned tomatoes with rice and my last with milk and whey mix for brekkie. Feels good, although my farts absolutely stink, I ripped ass just before a set of squats and it smelt like a rotting corpse!
Didnāt get to sleep until late last night, couldnāt sleep, woke just before 5am. Took the dog for a 3km walk, haha.
Felt a little thrashed this arvo at work, sucked it up and got on with it!
