I am riding the line right now. I don’t want to be a light 308, but we shall see.

to annotate the above comment, my crappy home scale shows me easily under the 275 marker upon waking, but I just don’t trust it. At the same time I only half-care what I weight in at on Friday. Will be buying a better scale after this, want an official doctors scale for the future, so might have to wait until my unemployment ends.

Speaking of which got 3 more really solid referrals today. Amazing how much better the actual networking stuff works than the interweb.

For anyone your size a good poo some belly button lint and ear wax
is at least 8lbs.

If you want an easy cut- should you go that route.
do some water loading.
get a movement in or two.
take an epsom salt bath the night before.
good for like 10+ pounds.

Thanks Kevin. When I finally hit the ‘21s for big guns’ I actually yelled that out in the gym, for the amusement of a few friends there.

Hate the popularity contest, but that is the way things work. That being said I now have a couple of headhunters (real ones) working for me, will also be following up on some networking leads that came to me the last couple of days.

Forgot about the belly button lint, that should help.

My biggest problem is my stooped fuggen home digitial scale will not give me an accurate read. Since I have a 24 hour weigh in I am going to use this as an opportunity to play with my body a little bit.

made weigh in with no hitches. Didn’t do anything too creative, either, just didn’t drink or eat anything after I went to bed. One glass of water this morning. svelt and sexy 270 this a.m.

however, I am going to try and be 280-285 by tomorrow. Am well on my way. Bacom cheeseburger, fries, onion rings, 3 cokes, now I have a pint of hagen daz peanut butter chocolate to work on. Another burger after that. Chineese food and cheesecake tonight. I love 24 hour weigh ins, I never eat this much crap in one day. Gonna be so bloated my eyes will just be slits, lol.
