Day 2 at work.
im looking forward to it. Fuck all sleep so it aint going to be that much fun. Im only working 9-1 cuz i got an exam at 2-4. then its gym time. Might have to cut some sets back or something, i am really worn out. but from now on i have no excuse to get to bed early, no more exams etc. Work, Gym, Socialise, Repeat is my summer planned out.

Not a great day. Cals a bit too high in my opinion. Im starting to suffer from my adventures at the weekend. I have a pretty bad cold coming on, so im hammering in the Vit c and Vit B in the form of Berroca capsules. I think its becasue i got so little sleep at the weekend and then first day at work one of the guys had a cough, then i got no sleep that night. So my immune system is probably well down. Think ill get over it quickly.
The heat coupled with the noticible effects of the noops on the “repetitive” tasks that i am performing at work has made me not hungry at all at work and has definitly suppressed my appetite. Im literally not feeling hungary so forgeting to eat. Tomorrow im going to set a pile of alarms on my phone to remind me to eat every 3 hours roughly.
Gym session was pretty shit due to having a cod, forgetting my headphones and not having been in in a week. But there all excuses, rationlisations that im not going to accept. i need to man the fuck up and hammer it home tomorrow. i need to grip this routine that i am now in due to working 9-5 and use it to my advantage. I need to look at my “working day” being 9-7.30pm. 5-7.30 being time spent in the gym. then after that i can chill out in the sun with friends, smoke some weed watever. I also need to make sure im getting 8 hours sleep a night at least. I usually strive on routine when i get it down.
