I am taking them for the fat loss benifits aswell as loads of others such as brain boosting, sleep, anti infammation, joint care etc. I understadn what you are saying thou. im trying to take 20 a day. so dropping 16 of them would be ~140 calories less… which would be an extra pounds of fat loss every month. talking roughly that is… but i dont know if this benifit alone is enough for me to drop them as i feel they help.

What does everyone else think?

Not a great day. Cals a bit too high in my opinion. Im starting to suffer from my adventures at the weekend. I have a pretty bad cold coming on, so im hammering in the Vit c and Vit B in the form of Berroca capsules. I think its becasue i got so little sleep at the weekend and then first day at work one of the guys had a cough, then i got no sleep that night. So my immune system is probably well down. Think ill get over it quickly.

The heat coupled with the noticible effects of the noops on the “repetitive” tasks that i am performing at work has made me not hungry at all at work and has definitly suppressed my appetite. Im literally not feeling hungary so forgeting to eat. Tomorrow im going to set a pile of alarms on my phone to remind me to eat every 3 hours roughly.

Gym session was pretty shit due to having a cod, forgetting my headphones and not having been in in a week. But there all excuses, rationlisations that im not going to accept. i need to man the fuck up and hammer it home tomorrow. i need to grip this routine that i am now in due to working 9-5 and use it to my advantage. I need to look at my “working day” being 9-7.30pm. 5-7.30 being time spent in the gym. then after that i can chill out in the sun with friends, smoke some weed watever. I also need to make sure im getting 8 hours sleep a night at least. I usually strive on routine when i get it down.

You seem to be on the right track sir. Keep hammering away, and you will soon reap the benefits.

Your doing the right thing. I’ve even taken more then 20g a day when dieting. Right now I’m taking 30g a day (a mix of liquid and caps) mainly to improve insulin sensitivity and better nutrient partitioning which in turn leads to better Free Fatty Acid mobilisation and more fat loss. OK, it may be a negligible amount. But every little bit helps!

Shit, there’s people that take even more then me when they’re dieting.

I know my log has been shit over the past few days. Im struggling big time with the flu and the 6.30 starts are catching up with me.

On positive notes, im dipped under 120kg for the first time… i was 118.5kg at the gym the other day after 3 meals.

I am conisidering switching to a mon/wed/fri with cardio at weekends sort of split as i just dont have the time to train and recover that i used to.

Should get this back on track when i start to get my time management under control.

Update.

Had a great time in newcastle last weekend. Then are party in glasgow was great too for more than one reason :wink:

But i got less than 5 hours sleep across those 2 days. Started full time work on Monday and i was in for a shock. It was fucking busy, and stressful. I developed a cold which got worse and worse over the week. I took about 5 berorca capsules a day and it started to ease up. Im still suffering from it but its now on the decline. today is my 11th day in a row of working.

Last week i forgot to book a week off my PR part time work at night. So i was effectivily working 9-6 in the office and then 9-12 at night. I had to get up at 6.30am to get into the office on time. So my preparation went out the fucking window. I reverted back to a typical 3 meals a day. meat, veg and spuds kind of diet. Which is completly my fault, and more preparation would have stopped happening. this pisses me off even more as i was able to cope on the diet while still partying for 2 days straight. im a fucking idiot.

Ive limited my part time hours this week to get back on track. Just out the gym and a log of the day is to follow. with pics to see how much ive regressed. ive gotten lighter in the past week but i beleive the majority of it to be muscle which is gash.

Basically thats whats been happening to me. Other things of note are:

My headphone/ipod broke as it turns out it aint sweat proof, im fucking raging about this. music definatly makes me 10% stronger and generally better.

My friend was diagnosed with swine flu which is fucking gash.

Ive been on a date with the girl from the party. its going well, could be checking off one of my goals soon :smiley: although shes being all confusing.
