If by “abs” you mean visible abs under some fat, then yes.
But, relatively lean abs - no. Those are atill a couple months away, at least.

I assume when you say “see abs”, you mean that you can sorts see them or make them out in good lighting etc. and feel them
Id be very very happy with that on 4th July. Im not really striving for single digit body fat or stage ready. But visible abs is good by me. Visible abs on competition day and putting in a good performance and I will have surpassed what i thought was possible for this summer.
I keep kicking myself every morning that i didnt just listen and drop my cals 3 months ago. Im an stubborn fuck, but they say the best way to learn is by failing…

So a quick run down on the weekend.
The staying on the diet test went well in the fact i didnt stray from the set food but my food timing was way off… i had periods of 5 hours sometimes without food. I brought chicken down in tubberware boxs and i forgot to fridge it and it went bad in the heat. so i had to buy some of the hot dog sausages.
Friday in newcastle was good. Fucking great to see all my mates from home, im now called “wall”. Got a lot of positive comments on the not drinking which i didnt expect and a lot of positive comments on the weight loss.
Saturday night in glasgow was epic as well. Nowhere near as good a turn out as i thought there would be. but we did are best with what we had and had a fucking awesome night. Had a great night running about in lycra pretending to be wrestlers.
and i pulled a girl i have liked for AGES.
Spent today getting shirts for work, getting my pill boxes ready for the week, revisin for my exam on tuesday. Im aiming to be back in the gym tomorrow but it doesnt look likily at the minute. Working 10-6 and i got an exam on tuesday. But tuesday night i will defo be back in the gym. Kicking it all back off with Complexs again. Its getting quite hot up here… ~25 degress and i want to be able to take my shirt off unembarrassed really soon, this is what is driving me on for the next few weeks.

Hey man, if I were you I would probably cut the fish oil back to 4 capsules a day. That’s all you need to make a fat burning difference, and the additional 12 capsules are providing you with a lot of fat and calories with no taste. I’d suggest substituting the 12 capsules with the caloric equivalent of some whole foods,nothing, or something calorically in between these two. What do the experts think about this suggestion?
