Damn it was hot and humid on the route today. Cicadas were singing and the June bugs were swarming so bad they were bouncing of me. Got to the gym and had to dry off so I could change into my workout gear and get sweaty again.

A gym a little closer to home just began advertising 24/7 on its sign so I want to go take a look at it. Maybe they got a senior citizen discount.

Great start to the morning
Then went to Lowe’s and ordered everything needed to build a shed out back. Gonna be 12’ x 16’. They deliver everything next week then I get all the relatives over for a “shed raising”.
Went and checked out the new gym. Really nice and had all the essentials. 2 power and a squat rack. Wood platform with a sign saying “deadlifting only”. Two sides to the building. One has all the cardio stuff and the other all the weights and machines. Gonna join. The Mil press didn’t help any Littlestrick but being retired military did. Got me a discount. Cute little thing working there offered to show me how some of the stuff worked and I just had to let her.
Hoping to get some throws in tomorrow and a good swim. Hope all have a good weekend.
