Goal: Get Stronger in the Simplest Way Possible

How’s this template?

Day 1:
OHP 5/3/1, Joker Sets, FSL
Chins 5x10

Day 2:
Deadlift 5/3/1, Joker Sets, FSL
Ab Wheel Rollouts 5x10

Day 3:
Bench 5/3/1, Joker Sets, FSL
Rows 5x10

Day 4:
Squat 5/3/1, Joker Sets, FSL
Leg Curls 5x10

I like it except IMO I would do joker sets or FSL…not both. I’m actually looking at something similar but on a 3 day rotation. I’m trying to get rid of too much assistance BS.

I’m only planning on doing Jokers on days I feel good after a PR.

I think this will work. I had a lot of success doing something similar. As always do jokers to take advantage of a good day. For me I usually ended up doing jokers once or twice per cycle on a given exercise.

Looks pretty good sir. Do Jokers if you feel good enough, don’t if you don’t. There’s no reason not to do Jokers and FSL if you can. Personally I would do Back Raises instead of leg curls but do what you feel is best for you.

My best advice is this: do it. But don’t think it’s the only way.

People are always looking for the perfect template. Just figure out what you are going to do for:

Mobility/flexibility
Speed work
Main lift work (this includes the main work, and any other volume work)
Conditioning

That’s it.

But don’t believe there is only one way or even one program. Once you set your principles, it all comes into focus and you see what is important. And then no longer fret about curls and the outer head of your weird, two headed penis. Or triceps.

Ummmm … I know this is a bit off Topic … But How would one exactly train a Two headed penis …?
