2 jugs of Grow! is 10 lbs. Total price $66.
Flameout has just over 3 grams of DHA/EPA with another gram of CLA added. Most typical fish oils have 300 mg of DHA/EPA (with no added CLA). Flameout ends up being cheaper if you compare it the total amounts of DHA/EPA per bottle.
The taste is alright with Grow!. My first time having it (and only time without mixing it with fruit) I got a little tired of it after drinking most of it. I blend it with water, ice, and a banana now. Tastes like a banana, very little Grow! taste in it. It’s good.
one thing to really look for is serving sizes. every jug of protien has a different amount of protien but what really changes it how much the serving size is.
i rather like gnc. the guy there did recomend the multivitamin but did not lie and say it was better than others. i’d be happy taking generic multivitamins
The guy at my GNC is nice as hell, and points me towards sale items. He’s a lifter though. Like I was buying a weight gain powder one day, and he pointed me to another brand that was 15$ cheaper and more servings because it was on sale.
They deffinately aren’t cheap though cytogainer costs almost 60$ at GNC and 32$ at bb.com.
edit: one older woman had to “check to see if selling creatine to me was legal, because it is a steroid after all.”
You guys should really all just avoid GNC. If you know what you need, just pop around online.
BB.com and sites like it have online stores that are usually around 40% cheaper than the price in the store, and you don’t have some dude that weighs less than you curl trying to push some “Super Whey Protein Extreme Weight Gainer Max Thermo Miracle Pill!!!11!!1” on you every time you so much as hint that you need some vitamin C chewables.
So I returned it to the store. Gonna find it cheaper some where else for sure. I can go a few days without it. Going to keep the vitamins though. They are a bit more potent than my centrum multi
