Glycogen Depletion and Carb Load

Currently, ive got a diet setup going something like this:
Monday: high carb, high calorie
Tuesday: medium carb, medium calorie
Wednesday: medium carb, medium calorie
Thursday: low carb, low calorie
Friday: low carb, low calorie
Saturday: very low carb, very low calorie
Sunday: very low carb, very low calorie

If I am hoping to be glycogen depleted after my Sunday workout, should I start my carbup the following day as I have been or would it be to my advantage to carb load starting after the Sunday workout and until sometime Monday?
Also, what should I do for the Sunday workout that would ensure I am fully glycogen depleted?

Why do you want to be glycogen depleted?

I think he believes it lines up with a high carb monday. Not sure you want 4 low carb day in a row.

That would be my intention. I am basing this whole thing on my understanding Lyle Mcdonald’s Ultimate Diet 2.0 as well as DiPasquali’s Anabolic Diet. This is for a cutting diet, and I have had pretty good results, starting at like 12% body fat and now im down to about 8-9%. I’m just wondering if I could make it a bit better now that its getting a lot harder to push the fat loss further.

How are you determining carb #s on each day?

i didn’t really want to get too specific, but Monday is not restricted on carbs, just on around 2500 calories. Tuesday and Wednesday are 100-150, Thursday and Friday are 50-100 and then Saturday and Sunday are 30-50.

I would rather have a consistent pro/fat/carb count. All those low days in a row is just asking for muscle atrophy. I like low(er) carb approaches with more on intense days and less on off or easy days.

Anyway, see what works for you. Let us know in a couple of weeks.
