Yes you should be really happy. My gym doesn’t have one, but maybe my next will. Have fun.
I position the pad across my lower thigh area,just above my knees.Seems to work well.
my new gym that I’m opening in 4 weeks is getting one from Atlantis, I love them!!
I use it with the pad on my thighs above the knees as well.
