glute ham raise help(coach davies)

I was wondering about the glute ham raise. When doing it, do you lower yourself so that at the bottom your shoulders,hips, and knees are all aligned?

no, the rope makes it easier. You use it like you would be doing cable crunches. Instead just hold it at your ears while doing the glute ham raises. It makes it easier

How do you anchor your feet?

thunder-I take an ab board(ab ladder-whatever) and put my feet under the wheels, so they are ancored. At my gym they have a couple of these and I just bring it over to the cables.
