I’ve read through old threads here and haven’t seen this question addressed. I am trying to use Poliquin’s recommendations on Glutamine and he recommend up to .33g per lb of bodyweight on an empty stomach after training.
The problem is I don’t know if this is based on L-Glutamine or peptides. Does the figure change if you are taking peptides? I’ve heard with peptides you don’t need as much. Is this true? Also, on an empty stomach? This stuff is nasty. Is there anything I can mix this with that will still ensure maximum effectiveness without causing me to gag? I was told not to mix it with the post workout shake, so what are my options and how long should I wait to eat after ingesting the peptides?
