when it comes to food, the less processed the better-except for’Grow’
When dieting/cutting, I find consuming a whey protein drink with 1 cup of cottage cheese immediately before bed will preserve as much muscle mass as possible. This acts as an anti-catabolic meal while you are sleeping. Whey is fast digesting, and casein is slow.
-I would love some Hot Rox!!!
when trying to make gains dont forget to eat food (steaks) its better than powders a lot of the time.
I would like HOT ROX.
When cutting, plan for those nighttime cravings! Low-cal jello and whipped cream, Crystal Light, caffeine-free teas, and the like are priceless!!
Mag-10, please!!
When bulking, don’t be afraid to eat a lot.
Don’t go crazy and cram in food, but don’t restrict yourself too much and letyour social life go to shit just because you can’t eat that high GI pita bread.
Plus eat a lot after your PW-Shake.
Something to try would be CW’s recommendation in a previous issue.
I would like hot rox please.
Cottage Cheese should be your best friend. The 4% is good for P+F meals and the nonfat is good for P+C meals.
Mag10 if I win please. Shirt size L.
Another way to cut the cravings after you eat or anytime is to brush your teeth right away!
Hot-Rox would be cool.
Thanks
When buying groceries make a list and stick to it. Also don’t buy things that you don’t want to let yourself eat. It makes it that much harder to cheat if you have to leave the house to get it. I would like to try hot rox please.
For me eating no closer than an hour before a game keeps me feeling more energized, more focused and stronger than if I eat within an hour of game time. Then during a game diluted gatorade keeps me going.
I’d like to try Mag-10
When trying to gain weight a good protien powder/cottage cheese shake really hits the spot before bed. Please send me a bottle of Mag-10 if i win.
thanks
anton
Early AM HIT cardio 3-4 times a week gets me cut up like nothing else. Of course its a given that all the 7 habits of dieting(Berardi) are in check as well. I’d like some surge if I get lucky enough to win;]
Keep some sugar free gum, almonds, jerky, tuna, etc. in your desk to snack on, instead of the bowls of candy, donuts, bagels, birthday cakes and other assorted temptations around the office.
I’ll try some Red Kat.
For some people, it might be better to have the occassional “bad” snack every two or three days in LOW quantities (under 400 calories works for me). Cheat days once a week to high extremes are impossible for a “weak stomach” dude like me.
Again, have to ask for Hot-Rox to see the hype behind it!
When eating clean and cutting carbs make sure you still consume carbs that are higher in dietary fiber and don’t cut out a post workout pro/carb recovery meal. Red Kat please!
The best way to get cut up is to eat protein and vegetables. Keeps you satiated, while keeping insulin low.
Red Kat please!
If you go low carb don’t forget to supplement with fiber or you’ll be sorry.
Hot-rox for me…
I’ll pass this one along. I eat my meals without seasonings. Chicken, steak, salads, whatever; plain and bland without dressings, sauces or spices. Food is just a means to an end for me.
This way when we go out to eat or have someone over (usually once a week), I can ‘splurge’ by putting a little dressing or seasoning on the same types of foods.
I would really like to try Hot-Rox if my tip is picked. S
There are 700 different things you can do to get the body you want. 700 different ways to get to the same place, but the trick of it is, is to stay on your goal. Find your muse, your reason for changing your self and keep that reason close to you. When you run, lift, swim etc. If you hold that reason then you will be able do anything.
If I win i would like HotRox… and world peace… but if you cant give me that… the hotrox will be just fine
I find that eating a small P+C meal an hour before workouts gives me the most energy.
Red Kat please!!
I find that if you aren’t in the mood to go to the gym you probably shouldnt cause you will just end up wasting your time. I’d like a bottle of mag-10 if I win please!
