You should be happy she doesn’t like weight training. IMO, the more muscular a woman gets the less attractive she becomes. Crossfit would be alright (mostly conditioning work anyways), but you can be sure that Adriana Lima doesn’t go anywhere near heavy weights.

Adriana Lima has a flabby, quivering ass, no legs, no waist, bony arms, has virtually no waist, and is pretty much a pretty face (the wonders of youth) and some boobage that will sag the moment she stops her bulimia, all that on top her body which is just a giant cankle from the neck down.

You are living proof that the definition of beauty changes from person to person. But whatever tickles your pickle dude.

I’d rather like an athletic woman with real legs, real hips, nice waist, and a real, non-gelatinous saggy ass, a total package I know will look good even when over her 40’s over a featureless flat bench on a bikini that will lose the battle against time before she turns 40 anytime.

Guess we just disagree. That chick in the pink looks like a dude with a wig. Muscular arms, flat chests, and broad shoulders just aren’t a turn-on for me…

Dude the chick with the wings, looks like a pretty face and a “normal” body. Different strokes for differen folks. Personally, I take it one step further and shot for women more along the lines of Britt Miller. Its my flavor so fuck off momos! I agree, with age the winged wench will be nothing more than a mere shell of its former image. Shell end up like that other supermodel disgusting cougar plastic surgeon atrocity whore: Janice Dickinson. Somebody needs to push kick that bitch down and finish her off with a pump action 12. Bitch is rough WOOF!

Lifting would make more dramatic changes to the body than cardio.

Idk what the hell are you talking about. EVERYONE knows that cardio (esp. interval running) will do MUCH more than pushing iron!

Yay, another absolute rule of fitness!

What do you mean by “MUCH more”? Much more of what? Fat loss? Lean mass gains?

So if I primarily do interval running I will get bigger legs than, say, pumping iron with the leg press?

If I run 30 minutes everyday despite the fact that I don’t have much muscle mass to begin with (but a large body fat %), I will get better, SUSTAINABLE fat loss (without increasing my lean mass % and thus increasing my caloric needs) than, say, a good weight training program?

BTW, those two were rhetorical questions.[/quote]

sigh. seriously dude, click the link
