Girl With the Most Cake

Greeney, Amsterdam actually has TWO sex museums. If you liked the crepe carts, you’d LOVE the Belgian waffle stands. So. delicious.

Jack, I got into plenty of tussles but they were all in good fun. Tussles and mussels in Brussels! Although, I have to say, Brussels is not all that interesting a place and I have no real need to return. Bruges, however, was a great time and I would highly recommend it.

Cal, I have NO problem guessing what went on in the Friends of Amsterdam. None at all. I do have body fat and its all in my ass. Thankfully.

Joe, I learn something new here every day. Thanks!

Betty, thanks for the welcome back. Its always a fun time 'round these parts!

Oh, man…Belgian waffle stands??? I love Belgian waffles. My parents are bringing my waffle maker when they come visit in the fall. It can’t be soon enough!

Hmm. Bruges. I here crazy stuff happens there.

And girl, you have no fat on you, do you! I mean, none. Damn.[/quote]

she’s lean, thats for sure. unsuitable for stew or burgers but would probably be lovely rubbed with spices and on the grill. no steak sauce, nope.

eating kimba. good times.

Jack, I’ve not seen that movie but I understand its weird-ass and quite dark. In reality, Bruges is a beautiful city – in the warm summer sun, anyway.

CBear, thanks for the laugh. eating kimba can be nothing but good times, I promise. Eating CBear would be succulent and juicy and very, very spicy.

What I learned today: a Starbucks latte has nothing…and I mean absolutely nothing…on Dutch koffie verkeerd. This made me very sad.

As an experienced and practiced insomniac, I do awesome flying east. Two hours sleep on the plane between an evening take-off and a next-day-early-AM arrival? Bring it on. But flying west just kills me with the jet lag. I have made very little sense today, either in the written or spoken formats. I should give up before I hurt myself or someone else.

welcome back Kimba and i’m glad you had a fantastic time. amazing you still trained while in Europe. training on vacation is something i do but i don’t think i’m even going to try and plan for it on my upcoming European trip.

i don’t know what Dutch koffie verkeerd but i want one! starbucks has nothing. period.

you must be wrapping up your day by now so hopefully you haven’t hurt anyone, especially yourself!

Now there’s an interesting question. Who would be the most tasty PW. Not Kimba. Too sinewy.

Possibly an acquired taste, but likely one worth the effort of developing.

just needs a little slow cooking. braised kimba; delicious.

Seriously you look so hot in that.

Great movie!

It’s great to see you back, Kimba! Sounds like the trip was fabulous, and as usual your dedication to training is inspiring. I loved hearing about your Amsterdam training sessions, nicely done!

I could go for some braised bikini-clad Kimba… Simply delicious.

Hey snap, was that a productive contribution to the log?

You had to know I was going to do that. Besides sinewy can good, you just have to take the time and tenderize it properly.

T, I could totally understand why you’d want to lay off the training during your European adventure. But I swear that training as usual allowed me a free pass to eat more without any consequence. And, if I recall, you are going to Germany where there is much deliciousness (wurst, beer, spaetzle, schnitzel, need I go on?).

Snapper, George is right – the pot calling out the kettle! Alisa and Joe are so right – a slow build-up of heat, then a nice long simmer, with a tasty, saucy finish would make a tender, delicious kimba (or snapper) dish.

DCA, that may be my favorite comment ever.

Rachelle, thanks for the welcome back! You look insanely beautiful in your new avi.

And if we’re short on time we can always throw her in a pressure cooker with some veggies - yum!

Anyways, we’re all too muscular in PW to be considered tender meat. Altho wrapped in bacon…

So many inappropriate responses… so I’ll just say bacon makes everything better. A very long time ago several friends and I cooked up some Bacon wrapped BBQ shrimp and then used it for modified body shots, well body nibbles.

I should mention that the entire idea was the result of many tequila shots. But its not that odd, I mean if you can eat sushi off of a beautiful woman bacon wrapped BBQ shrimp is even better.

I would eat bacon wrapped BBQ shrimp off of a beautiful PW or a sexy strong guy. Much deliciousness comes to mind.

Oh, and I trained today too. /gets mind out of the gutter/

5/3/1 ā€œOff the Reservationā€ Day
BW - 110.5 (down a full pound from target weight, despite pizza and beer for dinner)

Squats (to 3 risers/step)
Bar 1 x 5
75# 3 x 10
65# 1 x 10
55# 1 x 10

I worked hard at knees out and it was challenging at the end of the sets even at these pussy weights. Blaming jet lag.

Incline DB Chest Press
20s 1 x 10
25s 1 x 10
27.5s 1 x 10

These sets were pretty easy.

Independent handle pull downs
35 lbs. (or that’s what the machine said) 1 x 30

Cable triceps extensions
Drop sets, don’t know the weights 1 x 5, 1 x 10, 1 x 35

Walking lunges
20s 69 steps without stopping, trying hard to get the back knee low

Planks and russian twists

It has been raining here since we got home on Sunday night, and I’m dying to see the sun. Sunshine is the best cure for jet lag.

I’ll trade you some sun for some rain. We’ve had 50 straight days over 90 degrees and about 14 of those were over 100.

I’m amazed you lifted while still jet lagging, its the worst.

ah man workout with jet lag! you’re one tough bitch.

And the french can cook EVERYTHING to deliciousness…just saying
