Why do I get the feel that you girls are hating because your training videos don’t get as much attention???
Seeing a girl squat past parallel with 135 in a commercial gym is hard. But seeing one squat next to dude’s doing 1/4 squats with all their tool accessories is fucking priceless.
btw… THX WolBarret!!!
-them Brazilian bitches are banging!!! I was smiling and raising my hands the whole time.

Are you slow on the uptake? One of the women who has been posting in this thread is the woman in the video. No one is hating; a couple people merely suggested that some people are easily impressed. The woman in the video can squat a shit ton more than 135 which is, indeed, quite impressive. Focus, son.
awesome! It’s great to get young kids involved with this stuff, especially the gals. They learn so much stuff.

Some people are just strong, or sort of strong. My son is approaching a triple bodyweight deadlift at 16 already after a year or so or hard training and his sister pulled 150 x 7, and 170 at 115 lbs the first time she tried a deadlift.
Jr. is hitting a double bodyweight raw squat now also. And he told me that the heaviest deadlift he has seen other than him in the gym he trains was 225 x 2 with gloves and straps. And the guy wasn’t 132 lbs like my kid.
Fantastic potential right there!
Thanks, I started them off right. Teaching them correct form, taking care of them bodywise, ( I’m an ART trained chiropractor), and they have access to all the best toys. allegedly bought for rehab equipment for my patients.
Com’n Granny, time for speed squats in the monolift.

Lucky kids!
Mine just started early this year with oly lifting and she has taken to it well. I tried for years to get her interested in a sport, and I’m thrilled she settled with weightlifting. I really think it’s the best thing you can do for kids, getting them into some kind of competitive athletic pursuit. This is from a meet last weekend, 49kg C&J.
And yes, she squats too ( :
