GFlux Support

Chris Shugart posted the original GFlux article for me to read yesterday and I don’t think I grasp all of the info yet. Basically how do you set yourself up to be in GFlux to lose weight or gain mass? How do you know how much food you should be consuming? Anybody practice this approach that could give some insight?

Training Stimulus + Nutrition/Recovery Methods = Results

High training stimulus + high nutrition/recovery = high results
High training stimulus + low nutrition/recovery = plateau
Low training stimulus + high nutrition/recovery ~= fat gain
low training stimulus + low nutrition/recovery = no results

Basically if you’re not recovering, start eating more.
Make sure that you’re training intensely for a minimum of 5 hours a week starting off.
