G-Flux for Extreme Fat Loss

I’ve been interested in Dr. Berardi’s g-flux concept for a while now. (Eating more and training more for optimum body comp.) I have a question about applying this to fast fat loss. Rather than go on an extreme diet such as the Velocity Diet or get shredded diet, would you get just as much and as fast fat loss by creating the large calorie deficit by training?

Say you’re consuming 2500 kcal per day and want to lose as much weight as quickly as possible. Rather than cutting kcal to say 1500 to diet the fat off, what would be the results of eating 2500 calories and training at a pace of 3500-4000 calories per day? Would metabolism eventually fall? If you did lose fat like you would on a low calorie diet, would it be easier to keep it off? Any input is appreciated. thanks

Don’t overthink this.

Just start working hard out there, and I mean really get after it with some intensity. As in once you’ve caught your breath, you’re ready for that next set. And listen to your body when it tells you it needs more food, cause it will.
