Hey all, I am new to the forums as of today.
I have been lingering around T-Nation reading various articles and discussions on the forum and decided to join up.
I’m 155 lbs @ 5’10 and I would consider myself to be in excellent shape. I have been training relatively hard since I was 16 and I am going on 20 now. My weights have all been increasing over time but I have gained hardly any weight, I don’t mind it as I look great and nobody would know that I was as light as I am.
However, is this healthy? My max press on the bench is close to double my body weight at 300. I am lifting close to if not more than the pretty damn big guys at my gym. I’m not looking to gain weight as I am happy with the way my body looks minus some things that do need a bit more work. My weights have increased nearly 30% over the past year but my body weight has been upped maybe 5-8 lbs?
