Soooo I hate this… one week into the new program and cough cough and aches and chills…doing the “Waterbury Method” I know I gots no choice except to stop and wait till i get better but you guys start where u left off or start over?
Personally, this has happened to me two times. I would start over again. I think you should cleanse your body of all it’s ‘bad stuff’ before you commit yourself onto a training program. I always find that when I reach my peak, I get sick. I think cleansing yourself is very important.
Ahh,that sucks.Sounds funny,but I always do a good colon cleanse before starting any diet.
